Kallie Leski’s motto is “It’s about how it feels, not how it looks.” Kallie uses her dance, yoga, and fitness experience to teach students in any class to tune into their bodies with breath and awareness while pushing their comfort zone.
Class begins with a warm-up that gets your heart-rate up, followed by deep stretching, improvisational techniques, and ends with contemporary choreography.
Classes are an hour long.
$15 per session
Please be prepared to do floor-work by bringing knee pads and/or wearing long pants/leggings.
